If this is your first time creating a campaign, check out the following articles before reviewing the steps to activate your campaign and set it LIVE!  ps - if you already have a live campaign, here's a handy article on managing a Live Campaign.

You can set a campaign LIVE from multiple spots inside of the Replyify Application.
psst... There's a lot of good content in this article.  Jump to minute 14:12 (seconds) below to see me setting a campaign live.  Watch the whole video if you want to walk through setting up a campaign virtually with me.

  1.  Set LIVE from the Campaign Editor section.  If you just added steps to your campaign and are ready to set it LIVE, you'll see an big button at the top and bottom of this page to 'Review and Set Live'.  You'll be prompted to send yourself Test Emails.  ps - check out the gifs below to see this workflow.

Go review your formatted test emails sent to your email address.  Test emails are a required step before setting a campaign live.  Each email step in the campaign will be formatted using your information to fill in the 'Variables' and sent to the primary email address connected to your account.   PLEASE review every email paying attention to formatting, grammar, your signature and anything else that could look funky.

Pro Tip - If your email address isn't connected, you'll see an error message and be prompted to connect/authorize your email account in your Account Settings here.

If you want to edit an email template in the campaign, click the big button at the bottom of the test email.  After you make a change, you can click on the Campaign Details, then click the 'view' button to send yourself another test email to make sure your correction made an improvement.

If everything looks good, go back to the tab/window where you sent your Test Emails and click the big orange button to 'Set Campaign LIVE!'   If you haven't imported contacts yet, don't worry, you'll be prompted next.
Pro Tip - If your email address isn't connected, you'll see an error message and be prompted to connect/authorize your email account in your Account Settings here.

2) If you didn't set your campaign LIVE in the initial campaign creation workflow, you can set your campaign LIVE from the Campaign Details page after selecting the campaign from the main Campaigns page.  Your campaign will inherit a 'Paused' or 'Draft' status until you activate it and will look something like the image below.  Click the orange Review and Set Live button to send yourself test emails for review before setting the campaign LIVE.
Pro Tip - If your email address isn't connected, you'll see an error message and be prompted to connect/authorize your email account in your Account Settings here.

3) If you a) already reviewed your campaign but left the site before setting it LIVE or b) previously paused the thread and now want to reactivate it, just click into the campaign details and click the 'play' button to set your campaign LIVE.

Your Campaign is LIVE, now what?

Your campaign will send during your next scheduled delivery window which you confirmed when creating the campaign.  So, if it's 3:00pm on a Tuesday and your campaign is scheduled to start sending M/T/W/Th/F at 09:00am, then you can sit back and relax.

If you want to send your first batch of emails immediately, you need to 'Force Run' the campaign (you can only do this once per hour).  Go to the Campaigns page and find the  campaign you want to 'Force Run' (the status column should be orange and LIVE).  Click on the small gear icon or click on the campaign name...both will navigate to the Campaign Settings.   Find and click the button to 'Force Run Now'.

Be patient.  Replyify will start sending your emails based on your campaign and account preferences.  The goal of automation is to not look automated.  So, we send emails every 15-30 seconds as opposed to blasting out all of your emails in one batch which is a really easy way to get your emails landing in spam or the 'other inbox'.

Pro Tip - if you have multiple campaigns running and want to give priority to one campaign over the others, adjust the Start Time in your campaign preferences.  For example, let's say you have 2 campaigns live and you want to prioritize sending to the newly created campaign #3.  Adjust the Start Time for campaign #3 to (for example) 8:00am then set Campaign #1 and/or Campaign #2 to (for example) 9:00am start time.  This tells Replyify to send emails for Campaign #3 before Campaign #1 or Campaign #2.  You can edit these start times at ANY time to reorder priority for sending.

ps - if you already have a live campaign, here's a handy article on managing a Live Campaign.
